Return Shipping & Subscriber Benefits

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping responsibility is as follows:

• Subscriber Benefit: Customers who subscribe to our mailing list enjoy FREE Return Shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience.
• Promotional Periods: Orders placed using a designated promotional code during checkout may also qualify for free return shipping.
• Standard Returns: Non-subscribers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a carrier of your choice and provide a valid tracking number to ensure smooth processing.

Exchanges & International Orders

• One-Time Free Exchange: We offer one complimentary exchange per order. For this first exchange, we will provide a free return label and ship your replacement item at no additional cost.
• International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Orders returned due to a refusal to pay customs fees will incur a $35 restocking fee. International orders are not eligible for exchange, and outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
