How to Return or Exchange

Open your order and click “Request Return”.

Select the item(s) you want to return, choose a return reason, and leave a note if needed.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
I. Policy Conditions and Eligibility
We accept online returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and incorrect, with original tags attached. For in-store purchases, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days.

Return Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection to ensure items are in clean, wearable condition. If a return is received with strong odors (such as perfume or smoke) or excessive pet or human hair, we reserve the right to deny a refund. In such cases, the item will be considered unsellable and returned to the customer.

Unauthorized Returns: Any returns not submitted through our official return request process will be refused. We reserve the right to decline acceptance of unauthorized returns and have them sent back to the sender.
II. Return Shipping Responsibility & Benefits
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, the return shipping responsibility is as follows:

Subscriber Benefit: Customers who subscribe to our website mailing list enjoy FREE return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label.

Promotional Periods: During specific promotional periods, orders using a designated coupon code will qualify for free return shipping.

Non-Subscribers/No Code: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please send the item back using your preferred carrier and provide us with a valid tracking number to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
III. Exchange Policy
We offer one free exchange per order. For this first exchange, we will provide a free return label and ship the replacement item to you for free.
IV. International Returns and Fees

International Shipping Responsibility: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any duties and taxes incurred during the return process.

Refusal Restocking Fee: Orders returned due to customer refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to an additional $35 restocking fee.

International orders are not eligible for exchange. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
